题 目：Low-Rank Tensor Optimization and Its Applications （低阶张量优化及其应用）
内容简介：In this talk, we discuss some recent developments in low-rank tensor optimization. We will mainly focus on three problems: tensor PCA, low-rank tensor recovery, and tensor robust PCA. We will derive the convexification techniques and solution methods for these problems. Applications in image and video processing will also be covered。
