金荣载，韩国釜山国立大学经济与国际贸易学院院长、教授，在华盛顿大学获得博士学位。主要研究领域为开放经济与国际金融、区域经济学等，在The Journal of Economic Studies、The Journal of Industrial Economics and Business、Korea and the World Economy、The Korean Economic Review等期刊发表过文章。

报告摘要:

    The lecture is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the evolution of the world economy. Then the lecture introduces the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. The policy measures taken by the Korean government is the third part of the lecture. Finally, the lecture concludes that the new economic environments after the crisis.
